Key Roles and Responsibilities(Key Accountabilities)?? " Maintain quality levels through enforcement of quality control processes, procedures and standards, training and reinforcement of expectations, and implementation of corrective actions. " Work with plant team to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, cost reductions, and equipment maintenance. " Ensure compliance with all management systems including ISO 9001:2000, ISO13485:2003 etc. (Note: The general management system is defined by the MPS headquarters. Local adoptions to be aligned with corporate HQ) " Manage manpower, equipment and resources of the Qualtiy department. " Support new product development and launch processes and manage QA participation on new production development teams. " Support daily production operations. " Ensure operation for appropriate site storage of quality records. " Manage NCMR, Deviations and Complaints programs. " Manage administration and implementation of Quality Communications Systems. " Manage material qualification process and work with purchasing. " Generate monthly performance indicators. " Support ISO 9001 and ISO13485 internal and external audits.

External/internal audit result Education & Qualification Requirements Bachelor degree or above, major in Scientific, Engineering or related field required. Experience Requirements " Minimum of 8 years experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in an injection molding plastics manufacturing facility, in which 3 years experience in Medical Device and / or Pharmaceutical packaging products (plastics), and at least 3 years in managerial post. " Supervisory & leadership skills a must. " Experienced in facilitation of teams. " Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). " Experience in problem solving teams with customers. Technical competency Requirements " Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 13485:2003 and auditing experience. " Working knowledge of SPC and SQC applications in a manufacturing environment. " Strong problem solving skills, able to employ a structured approach to problem solving. " Demonstrated ability to train and motivate others. " Good communication skills. " Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading & writing). " Computer skills - Windows, Office.
