? Supervises the activities of cost accounting, revenue accounting. ? Follows CFI and accounting principles and adapts the reasonable and effective costing methods. ? Makes sure cost items are properly booked and the allocation is correct. ? Maintains sub-ledger for inventory (materials, WIP, FGI) and A/P (materials); ? Works with other departments to build up procedures for sound cost control and proper and accurate data recording. ? Makes sure all the shipped goods are completely recorded and all the transactions are properly stated on accounting book. ? Makes sure the invoices are timely issued to the customers. ? Makes sure VAT is correctly calculated and reconciled and is paid on time. ? Maintains sub-ledger for A/R and conducts aging analysis. ? Effectively manages and develops subordinates through the selection process and with ongoing coaching and development, to achieve maximum productivity of a highly motivated staff. ? Performs other assignments or special projects as requested by the Finance Manager. ? Interacts with banks, auditors and tax authorities. ? Manage periodical financial stock reconciliation and conduct physical check of inventory at a regular base.

- BS degree in Accounting; - 5 years’ working experience in supervising; - Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills; - Knowledge good in Tax is preferred; - Well known SAP is preferred.
